Delete Account
If you wish to delete your Sty AI account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to request account deletion
- Open the Sty AI app.
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account
- Follow the confirmation steps to complete the deletion request.
Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your Sty AI account.
Data that will be deleted
- Your profile information and body measurements.
- Your usage history within the app.
Data that may be retained
Transaction or legal records (if applicable) may be retained for up to 6 months to comply with legal obligations.
Retention period
Once you request account deletion, all deletable personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
