Most people have a working wardrobe in under 15 minutes. Add your most-worn 20–30 pieces first — the AI starts suggesting outfits immediately and gets sharper the more you add.

Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from inside the app at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancel before renewal and you keep access until the period ends — nothing is charged after that.

What happens to my wardrobe if I cancel?

Your wardrobe data is preserved regardless of plan. You'll drop to Free tier limits, but you won't lose any items, saved outfits, or history. Upgrading again restores full access immediately.

Do unused credits roll over each month?

Credits from your monthly plan reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. However, any credits you purchase as a top-up are yours permanently — they don't expire and carry over indefinitely.

Is my wardrobe data and photos private?

Your wardrobe and photos are yours. They're used only to power your styling and are never sold or shared with third parties. You can export or delete everything at any time from the app settings.

Are my photos used to train the AI?

No. Your personal wardrobe photos are never used to train our AI models. Our AI is trained on licensed, anonymized fashion datasets. Your photos are processed solely to provide you with recommendations — nothing more.

Can I delete my account and all my data?

Yes. Settings → Account → Delete Account permanently removes everything — wardrobe photos, outfit history, preferences, and your profile. Deletion is irreversible and completes within 30 days. You can also delete individual items or clear your wardrobe without closing the account.

For best detection, use natural light, a plain background, and shoot the item laid flat or on a hanger. Avoid heavy shadows. If detection is still off, tap the item and edit its category, color, and tags manually — the AI learns from your corrections over time.

Make sure you're signed into the same account on all devices and have an active internet connection. Pull down to force a refresh. If it still doesn't sync, sign out and back in. Persistent issues? Contact support with your account email and we'll look at the logs.

Start with the basics: close background apps, restart StyAI, then restart your device. Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Play Store. If you're on iOS, clearing the app cache from Settings → StyAI → Clear Cache often resolves sluggishness.

I forgot my password or can't sign in.

Tap 'Forgot password' on the sign-in screen and we'll email a reset link within a minute. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same method to sign back in — there's no separate password. Still locked out? Contact support with your email address.

A credit was deducted but the action didn't complete.

Accepted Answer

This occasionally happens with poor connections. Check your credit balance — if the credit was charged but the result didn't load, contact support and we'll restore it immediately. We don't charge for failed actions.
